By accessing or using Morpheo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a subscription, or older where the age of majority where you live is higher — in the United States that means 19 in Alabama and Nebraska and 21 in Mississippi. Morpheo includes a section of sleep content made for children; it is there for you to use with your child, and the account always belongs to the adult.
Morpheo is a web-based sleep wellness application that provides sleep tracking, guided meditations, sleep sounds, breathing exercises, circadian rhythm insights, and a section of sleep content made for children. The Service is provided on a subscription basis. We also offer optional one-off purchases — such as guides, journals and sound packs — which are separate from the subscription and are described at the point of sale.
You pay US$1.00 for your first 7 days of full access. Unless you cancel before those 7 days end, the subscription continues automatically at US$19.90 USD per month until you cancel. Payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc. (stripe.com), our payment processor. Morpheo is the seller and merchant of record for the subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us — through Stripe — to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. We never store your full card details; they are handled directly by Stripe. Optional add-on purchases are one-off charges, shown with their price before you confirm and charged immediately to the same card. They are not subscriptions, do not renew, and buying or refunding one does not change your subscription.
You may cancel at any time, and you do not need to contact us to do it: open Settings inside the app and choose "Manage subscription". You can also cancel by emailing hello@morpheo.space from the address you used at checkout. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for — the end of your 7 days, or the end of the month you were last charged for. If you cancel before your first 7 days end, the US$19.90 monthly fee is never charged.
Subscription charges are not refunded — neither the initial US$1.00 nor any monthly charge. Each pays for a period of access that begins immediately and that you keep in full, and cancelling before the next charge is how you avoid it. Cancelling is immediate, free and available to you at any time inside the app. Optional add-on purchases can be refunded within 7 days of that purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Morpheo is a wellness application and is not a medical device. The content and insights provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for any medical concerns related to sleep.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Morpheo and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morpheo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the version currently in force, and a change takes effect when it is posted here. If a change affects what you pay or what your subscription includes, we will email account holders before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
