Morpheo offers a 7-day trial for $1.00 USD. The trial gives you full access to all features. You may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged the monthly subscription fee of $19.90 USD.
We offer a full refund of your most recent charge if requested within 14 days of the billing date. This applies to both the initial trial charge and any subsequent monthly renewals. Refund requests made after 14 days of billing are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, email us directly at hello@morpheo.space with the email address used at checkout. We handle refunds ourselves as the merchant of record; once approved, the refund is issued through our payment processor, Stripe, and typically appears on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current period. If you also want a refund for the current billing period, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.
Partial month refunds are not offered for mid-cycle cancellations outside the 14-day refund window.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc. Morpheo is the merchant of record. Refunds are subject to Stripe's processing times and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
