Morpheo is a subscription. You pay US$1.00 for your first 7 days of full access. Unless you cancel before those 7 days end, the subscription continues automatically at US$19.90 per month, charged to the same payment method. These terms are shown on the payment screen before you pay, repeated in the email you receive immediately after paying, and again in a reminder we send the day before the first monthly charge.
You can cancel at any time, and you do not need to contact us to do it: open Settings inside the app and choose "Manage subscription". You can also cancel by emailing hello@morpheo.space from the address you used at checkout. Cancelling stops all future charges.
Cancelling does not cut off your access straight away. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for — the end of your 7 days, or the end of the month you were last charged for. After that date access ends, and you are not charged again.
Once a monthly charge is made, it is not refunded, because it pays for a month of access that you keep in full until it ends. To avoid a monthly charge, cancel before it happens: cancelling is immediate, free, and available to you at any time inside the app. We send a reminder the day before your first monthly charge so that it never arrives unannounced.
The US$1.00 you pay at the start is not refunded. It buys 7 days of full access that begin immediately and that you keep in their entirety, exactly like a monthly charge buys a month. If you decide Morpheo is not for you, cancel before your 7 days end: cancelling is immediate, free, available to you at any time inside the app, and it means the US$19.90 monthly fee is never charged.
Optional one-off purchases, such as guides and audio packs, can be refunded in full if you request it within 7 days of that purchase. Refunding one of these removes your access to the file. This is separate from your subscription: refunding an add-on does not cancel your subscription, and cancelling your subscription does not refund an add-on.
Add-on purchases are the only charges we refund. Email hello@morpheo.space from the address you used at checkout and tell us which purchase you want refunded. You do not need to give a reason. We reply to every refund request within 2 business days.
Refunds are issued through Stripe, our payment processor, back to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5–10 business days. When a refund is issued shortly after the original charge, most banks process it as a reversal rather than a separate credit, and how they display that varies: some remove the original charge from your statement entirely, others keep it and show a matching refund line next to it, often reading as zero. Any of these means the money was returned. If you are unsure what you are looking at, email us and we will send you the refund confirmation.
We do not refund the initial US$1.00 charge or any monthly charge, as described above — both buy a period of access that starts immediately and that you keep in full, and cancelling before the next charge is how you avoid it. We do not refund part of a month when you cancel mid-cycle. We do not refund charges you have already disputed with your bank, since those funds are handled through that process instead.
Morpheo is the merchant of record. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. On your bank or card statement the charge appears as MORPHEO. Charges for optional add-on purchases appear as MORPHEO followed by a short product name, so that each one can be told apart.
